How to Get a Rosy White Skin
Steps...1.) Identify which parts of ur body need lightening- FAce, Arms, eLbows, Knees, feet or whiLe body. 2.)bathe with a good papaya soap and leave on skin for at least 3-5 Minutes b4 rinsing. D sOap hastens d skin exfoliation process, which is an important step in the skin lightening/ whitening process.3.) Apply skin whitening lotion on the wider affected areas like arms or legs. 4.)Use a More concentrated skin whitening cream for the face, elbows, knees or groin.5.) Wait 4 about 5 mins. before applying ur favorite skin moisturizers.6.) Don't forget to use SPF 30 or higher sunscreen Everytime you go out in the sun to protect and maintain ur desired lightened coLor.7.) Take 500 mg. vit. C to enhance skin color and suppleness.**Tips**You can use either the papaya soap or the skin lightening/whitening lotion or cream alone, but optimum results can be achieved if you stick to the above regimen.

yipieeee! it'z time to RElax whiLe baby is sleeping,,After i gave birth to keandra i never had a Long hours of sleep.**How's my baby GrOwing**My baby is learning she has hands and fingers and feet n toes. My cute Little One is also starting to talk mOre. NOt w/ words, of course, but her increasing goos, gurgles, and grunts mark the beginning of her language development.,
